System controls
Parameter-driven access and end-of-day controls
- Access levels and rights are parameter-driven; passwords are case sensitive.
- Start and End-of-Day processing must be initiated by an officer.
- Postings and amendments to the account master file require officer approval.
- Users are logged off automatically after 15 minutes of terminal inactivity.
- End-of-Day will not proceed while override-pending transactions exist.
